Lindsay Lohan returns to the spotlight with her new photoshoot, but this time, the studio is a jail and the photo is a mug shot.
The former Disney star is taking her “Mean Girls” role to heart after being recently released from Rehab.
According to the Seattle Times, Lohan is accused of stealing a 2,500 dollar necklace for an upscale jewelry store.
Yet Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley says,
“We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press.”
This girl has been using her “get out of jail” card one too many times, and unlike her movie “Just My Luck” the ending doesn’t look promising.
This necklace incident follows her 2007 drunken driving case, which currently puts her on probation. The Seattle Times also says that after an altercation with a rehab worker at the Betty Ford Center in December, prosecutors are still considering whether to charge the actress with battery.
Yet things are still looking up for Lohan. She is rumored to be cast in the new Superman Reboot, and according to MTV, an unnamed source states that Lohan is “dying to show people again how talented she is.”
Hopefully, this talent involves acting and not making disappearing acts in and out of rehab and jail.
