Brandon Ting: Born: 1982 Attended BC: 2005-2008 After BC: Transferred to UW and graduated in 2009 with degrees in economics and finance. He then started working as a manager at a Japanese supermarket, while working with his business partner Nuri Aydinel until he opened his first Kukai Ramen, a Japanese Ramen restaurant in December of 2012. Now, he has locations in Washington, Oregon, Illinois, Indiana, Taiwan, and Japan. The name of the restaurant chain also changed to Kazuki Ramen. He currently Washington locations, one of them in Bellevue and has to more coming soon to Washington.
