Bite of Seattle, Festivals Incorporated’s flagship event, hosted over 400,000 people over the weekend.
Including over 60 restaurants plus entertainment stages, cooking demonstrations and many other venues, the Bite of Seattle had food from all over the world. Thai, Vietnamese, local seafood, comfort food, Greek, Peruvian and Polish Bratwursts were a few to note.
Bite of Seattle also featured plenty of entertainment stages. The Family Fun Zone and Entertainment Stage catered to children with the featured artists Reptile Man performing their music and Little Gym Everett entertaining them with activities.
For the adults at The Bite, the Fisher Pavilion had a craft beer and hard cider tasting hosted by Alaska Airlines. Some of the breweries that participated were Ace Cider, 7 seas brewing, Ninkasi Brewing, No-Li Brewhouse, as well as many more.
Bite of Seattle happens every summer in the month of July. Admission is free and the cost of food varies with each vendor.
